In a small two-room apartment where the kitchen is combined with the living room, it is the color that controls attention, connects the space and sets the rhythm. Every detail is in its place, and everything flows smoothly into each other.
The philosophy of the restaurant is a combination of seemingly incompatible things — the intertwining cultures of the West and the East. It manifests itself, among other things, in the contrast of textures: the rough plaster of the walls refers to oriental architecture, and the snow-white shutters on the large windows, filling the spacious room with textured sunlight, transfer to the atmosphere of relaxation in an Italian villa.

The author of the project of the Moscow restaurant of Italian cuisine "August" talks about his work on it: "Living Italy with its unique organics is embodied in every millimeter of the restaurant’s space, which is divided into two parts — a light one with round tables for two and a terracotta one for large feasts.
My new project at mid-century modern is just a combination of relevant design ideas, conciseness and functionality, as well as, most interestingly, adding vintage, antique or artificially aged pieces of furniture and decor to this cocktail.
The single-storey barnhouse-style house was considered by the customers as a summer cottage, but with the opportunity to live in it at any time of the year. They imagined the future interior in the spirit of a brutal loft, but during the work on the project, the wishes changed.
