About the project

When in Khrushchev 1956, 45 square meters is a luxury. A girl with a small dog, Roni, got this apartment after a total makeover: new electrics, underfloor heating, the demolition of non-load-bearing partitions and the birth of fashionable contemporary.
The palette is a brown-beige background with powdery patches. No dusty classics: just complex shades of coffee with foam, wet sand and a petal of a dry rose. The walls are very textured (textured plaster panels, matte paint), the floor is an English herringbone.
45 meters are not felt here — only calmness, light and a barely noticeable footprint of small paws on the wooden floor are felt.
